We aim to handle your data in line with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA where they apply to you.
1. Data We Collect
When you use our app, we collect the following data:
- •Account information: Your email address and name, used to create and manage your account.
- •Voice recordings: Audio files created during your active practice exercises.
- •Progress data: Speech-rate statistics (syllables per second), session length, and your practice history.
Our privacy commitment
Your voice recordings are stored securely and are NEVER used for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties. They serve only your personal practice.
2. How We Use Your Voice Data
Your audio files are used solely for the following purposes:
Visual feedback
Generating the waveform and spectral analysis so you can see your speaking pace.
Personal playback
Letting you listen back to your sessions to review your progress.
Clinician follow-up
Allowing your linked speech-language pathologist to listen (if you have entered a Pro Code).
Note: Only the speech-language pathologist you have explicitly linked through a Pro Code can access your recordings. No other professional or staff member at POCLE has access to them.
3. Data Sharing
🔒 We NEVER sell your data.
We share data only in the following strictly limited cases:
- Technical service providers: Our hosting partners (Supabase, hosted in Europe), who are bound by data-protection commitments and contractual safeguards for the security of your data.
- Legal obligations: When required by a valid request from a competent legal or judicial authority.

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights over your personal data:
