My journey with cluttering, and how that frustration turned into a mission.

As far back as I can remember, I always talked too fast. The words tumbled over each other. My ideas ran faster than my mouth could keep up. Cluttering was my everyday life.
In 2022, I finally took the step and saw a speech-language pathologist, Audrey Laydernier. That care was a turning point. For the first time, I understood what was happening and discovered techniques that worked.
"I had given up. I would have needed an app to keep me motivated, to do the exercises at home, without having to record myself on my phone."
The frustration that started it all
Even though the sessions worked, there were obstacles that made me give up.
Nobody likes listening back to their own voice. It was a huge mental barrier to practicing at home.
In sessions, we counted syllables by hand to figure out the rate. A waste of precious time out of the 30 minutes.
With no fun tool and no tracking, I ended up giving up. Motivation faded between each appointment.
The therapy helped me. It really did. But I realized there was a modern tool missing to support patients between sessions.
A tool that automatically measures your speech rate. That gives real-time visual feedback. That keeps you motivated to practice regularly, with goals and day streaks.
That's how parlermoinsvite.fr was born. The tool I wish I'd had from the very first day of my therapy.
